The Essential Bed was designed with small spaces in mind. Here in Los Angeles, most of us are used to living in tight quarters with small bedrooms. When it comes to where we sleep, a bed frame with a small footprint becomes paramount. Enter our Essential Bed, which only adds 3” of width and depth to the mattress size, allowing it to fit comfortably in most homes, lofts, or condos. In addition, the mattress is sunk halfway into the slatted frame, which allows the solid wood frame and headboard to showcase the diverse grain and rich colors they inhabit without being overwhelmed by the mattress. Ultimately, we wanted to mix elegance with function.  

Shown in Black Walnut with a custom nightstand, but we can customize this design to fit any mattress and some of the dimensions like the overall height and size of the frame can be adjusted to your liking as well.
